Classic Rooms

Residential style rooms with views of the Southgate precinct and out to the Bay. Our guest rooms are designed with a sense of elegance and style and featuring king or twin double beds. All rooms have marble bathrooms with separate shower and bath, a large work desk with broadband internet access, as well as a comfortable armchair and ottoman for relaxing. Each guest room is 35 square meters.

River Rooms

These 35 square meter guestrooms incorporate all of the luxuries of the classic guestrooms as well as boasting unrivalled views across different aspects of Melbourne.

Corner Deluxe Guest Rooms

The luxury of an open plan design with more room to move, offering double aspect views of the river and the surrounding Southgate precinct. The large bathroom features a double basin and natural light. This 45 square meter room includes a separate sofa seating area providing enough space for business or pure relaxation.

Langham Hotel Club Guest Rooms

These guestrooms are all positioned on the top levels of the hotel, allowing some of the best views in the city, either over the surrounding Southgate area or the meandering Yarra and Melbourne city skyline. Described as a hotel within a hotel the Langham Club rooms offer the discerning traveler a boutique hotel experience with exclusive access to Langham Club privileges.

Langham Hotel Suites

Located on the top floors of the hotel, the Langham Hotel’s suites are 74 square meters and feature separate bedroom and living areas with a layout that maximizes the city and river views from each room. Our suites provide a separate walk-in dressing room, large double vanity marble bathroom with large custom-made two-person spa and shower as well as luxurious bathroom amenities. A separate living room features elegant furnishings in warm tones, a large work desk with natural light through the adjacent windows, bar console and guest bathroom. Other living room amenities include a CD player and combined fax/photocopier/scanner.

The Presidential Suite

The most luxurious suite at the hotel, the Presidential Suite commands extensive views of the City skyline and Yarra River. The suite includes a large master bedroom with king bed, separate walk-in dressing area, large marble bathroom with double vanity, bidet and custom-made two person spa and shower. The luxuriously appointed living area includes seating and dining for six people with the highest quality furniture, artwork and finishes and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and cooking facilities. A second bedroom is accessed through a small anti-room ideal for lounging and features its own ensuite bathroom with separate bath and shower. The entrance to the Suite incorporates a study area including six direct dial telephone and data ports. Guests staying in this Suite enjoy full Langham Hotel Club access and privileges and a suite that is a spacious 176.5 square meters in size.
