Clarendon Ballroom (up to 400 guests)

The grand 340sqm Clarendon Ballroom is the hotel's largest banqueting venue. With polished timber panelling, silk upholstered walls and majestic Waterford crystal chandeliers, the Clarendon Ballroom provides grandeur and flexibility.

The ballroom can be divided into three individual rooms accommodating theater and classroom style seating for meetings or banqueting for parties as small as 120 guests.

The Clarendon Ballroom also offers an exclusive secretariat adjacent to the main entry doors.

Alto (up to 200 guests)

Located on the 25th floor, Alto is a most distinctive and elegant venue located on the hotel's rooftop. With expansive views of the Yarra River and Melbourne city skyline through the 180 degree floor-to-ceiling windows, this exquisite room is further enhanced by the private balcony.

Alto is one of the most spectacular event venues in Melbourne.

Swanston Room (up to 250 guests)

An elegantly appointed multi-purpose venue, the Swanston Room partners perfectly with the Clarendon Ballroom or as an autonomous function area. Consummately versatile, the Swanston Room is ideal to host a product launch, a themed dinner, cocktail party or formal reception.

Yarra Rooms (up to 100 guests)

Offering marvelous, unimpeded, panoramic views of Melbourne, the beautifully appointed Yarra Rooms feature a balcony from which to survey the ambling Yarra River and Southbank thoroughfare below. These two rooms can be enjoyed as one or alternatively divided into two private areas.
